The presence of God was tangible last night (Sept. 2nd, 2011) at the Transformation Center in Papeete (Tahiti) and up to this morning! God was touched by our praises and our worship in spirit and in truth. The "eagles" began to rise up and go to the heights by their worship and even some are starting to experience a restoration and a new beginning by the Holy Spirit. This time has blessed the Father and rejoiced the Son. Someone even said: "It was the most beautiful night of my life!" Thank you to all those who have come from various Christian settings with their praise and a heart ready to worship our Lord Jesus Christ who couldn't help but also heal sick bodies and hearts. Thanks also to those who have prayed from a distance, being in fellowship of spirit and who contributed to the success of this event (which will not be the last...).

God is definitely calling many "eagles" to rise beyond personal circumstances and see from afar that which He is preparing for those He loves. His heart was inviting us to come up higher and soar with Him to "new atmospheres" where the perspective is so much clearer and where we are able to see, hear and know the very intentions of His heart for our nation. We heard many good words, one of which was that this bunch of eagles coming higher in God are preparing the way for an unprecedented move of His glory over French Polynesia that will impact the people of the islands unto salvation, healing and a revelation of His love (cf Is. 40).

    Exciting things are happening ... We are very encouraged. We will have two of our friends share some of them (in blue print) ...

A DREAM
Magalie actually had this dream around mid-June and she shared it to Edualdo and I on Friday, August 12th
You guys asked me to housesit for you while you would be gone away on a trip and you gave me some instructions: 'Rest well, do not work, only do what God tells you to do. Do not worry about anything else!' Then you guys left.
In the middle of the night, at 2:00 AM sharp, I heard banging on the gate and as I woke up to see what was going on. A man was there covered with blisters and puss all over his body and he said, 'I want to go into Aline and Edualdo's swimming pool because when I'll go, I know I will be healed.'  (Aline--in the natural, we do not have a pool)
I (Magalie) was very hesitant and I said 'but they are not home' to which he responded: 'Never mind, they would let me come in if they were here ... please let me in' ... He was so insistent that I let him in. As soon as he came out of the pool, he was completely healed! By the way, he was all naked (Aline--at this point I asked Magalie if she was shocked by his nakeness to which she said, 'Oh no, not at all, I had so much compassion because he had blisters and opened wounds all over his body').

Then there was another banging on the gate ... as I opened, I saw a crowd of people, so many of them, some lame, others handicapped, blind folks, people with missing limbs, cancers, old and young standing in line and waiting to come in through the gate and jump in the pool. So I let them in and they took their turn to go in the pool, get healed and leave. It went on for 10 days night and day. I was very tired but all I did was to welcome them and bless them as they left!"

WOW !!!!!!!!!! Three days before Magalie told us the dream, Edualdo got up during the night with Matthew 14:14 -- "When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick" -- the verse took on a greater significance to us after Magalie told us the dream above! We were so excited and also in awe of what God is about to do in this nation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God was moving a lot in our hearts in the area of compassion and healing ... but now even more!

HEALING SEMINAR (Aug. 5th and 6th)   
A report from Torea Manjard who taught 2 sessions -- "This is a praise report from our last ''Healing and the Kingdom'' week end. Our goal was to take advantage of the momentum that was gained last year to soar even higher in the realities of the Kingdom in order to see Tahiti become all that she's called to be : a beacon of God's glory in the South Pacific, a place of refuge for the broken and needy, and so much more. We had about 3 or 4 people healed of different eye diseases. One of 'em couldn't drive at night and could hardly read his bible, he came forward to testify of his healing with a bible in his hands. Another person had had surgery in her left eye that had left it in major discomfort even after 2 months, the discomfort and pain left progressively until it was completely gone at the end of the week end. Another one removed his glasses and began to extatically testify of the presence of God he felt coming over his eyes. Among other ones, a young man received a revelation about God being so much bigger than any sickness which resulted in the complete disappearing of a stubborn pain in his belly he had been experiencing for a couple of days. We are expecting many more testimonies to come in during the next few days and would like to take advantage of this report to thank all of you for standing with ''Visions of the Harvest" ministry (Earl & Jana Thurner, Edualdo & Aline Cicero, and ourselves) in prayer to see Jesus becoming the desire of this nation. We love y'all !! ''Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end'' Isaiah 9 : 7"

We were deeply moved because our brother Torea and fellow in the ministry has been sick for so long (with a congenital kidney disease) and he was very strong to declare that we should not build our belief about healing around our own experience but according to the Word of God! In other words, the Jesus in us is not sick, He is totally healthy. Therefore, we can pray with boldness for the healing of the sick regardless of how we feel or how sick we may be, believing for our own healing which has already been purchased at Calvary for us!!

YOUTH WITH A MISSION (YWAM) TEAM
We have been blessed in the last few months with YWAM teams from France, French Canada, and Hawaii/New Zealand. Each team is different and each one brings a unique touch of the goodness of God to this nation and especially among our  youth. We often help coordinating the teams' schedule. We have lots in mind for the coming months: Healing Rooms, Treasure Hunts, Marama Nights, and another session of the School of Transformation beginning on September 24th ... Right now we are getting ready for a praise and worship night to be held at the Center of Transformation before the end of August. 

FAMILY NEWS
Our 3 weeks (June/July 2011) in France were great. We went there as a family. The purpose was to visit our relatives and especially our fathers. My father (Aline) is 93 years old and Edualdo's is 83. We were able to drive to Spain and spend 2 days there and 2 days in Paris with Kori as our guide. Special memories to last for a lifetime!

Kori (23) will take a one year break from her studies and is looking for job openings in Asia.  Erika (20) will start at the end of August her 2-year business school in Tahiti. Silvio (19) will fulfill his dream to study music in Pasadena (guitar performance major at LAMA "Los Angeles Music Academy") and Benji (16) will continue vocational high school (computer major) in Tahiti.

We will have an all night praise and worship with the YWAM group of Hawaii and other guests who will join us during that night which promises to be full of the Presence of God. The purpose of this night is to wait upon Him and bring to Him the praises of our hearts so as to allow Him to come sit as King in our midst and for us to be ravished by His glory and His magnificence. You may bring your mat and pillow (and some finger food if you feel you need that). We will complete the night of praise in the early morning (Saturday, Sept. 3rd) with a fellowship breakfast... Those of you who are far from us, feel free to join us wherever you may be and encourage other people to do it together!

THE POOLS OF TRANSFORMATION (by Edualdo Cicero)

The Pools of Transformation

Here is the vision I believe I received from the Lord on Friday, March 4^th, 2011 during our night meeting at the Center of Transformation in Papeete (Tahiti).

It started with “nurse angels” that were placing all those who were willing to surrender their life to God over stretchers on wheels. Once the willing believers were laid down, a nurse angel would cut open their hearts and begin removing some stones or gravel from their hearts. Quite immediately after that the people on stretchers were thrown in a very joyful way over a sliding edge that quickly ran them into a huge pool where they were to marinate into God's presence. The angels were rejoicing over every person that was being thrown into the pool and there was some sense of real fun into that process.

It was clear that people were to enjoy and prolong the experience in order to make sure that what was in each pool (since there were different kinds and various degrees of intensity) would be penetrating their life and by the same token remove unwanted “chemistry” off of their bodies. The outcome of those blessed baths was transformation in the life of a surrendered believer whose longing was to have the nature of Christ becoming all the more real and expressed through his/her life. As a whole it seemed a very pleasurable experience that required continual exposure to a very special atmosphere of Heaven.

There were different pools representing different levels of soaking that the people were to experience in order to have an ever increasing exposure to His Presence and ensuing transformation. I'm not sure if I saw at least 3 levels but each time a believer was to flow from one pool to another, the temperature of the following pool was increasing and even steam was coming out of the last pool. The transformation was tangible and noticeable and bringing people from one degree of His Glory to a greater one.

At one point, I think I saw the face of the Father that was bragging over the people and I heard him say "Here is My bunch!!" In his countenance was tenderness and a tearful expression of joy over those whom He loves soooo passionately. It was as if His heart was moved to see the surrendered ones as He was anticipating so much over their lives…

The final outcome of this process was to bring every willing believer to such a degree of transformation that would cause a powerful radiance of His glory to be seen and experienced. Every believer is called to become a never-ending spring of life and create pools of transformation wherever they go.

    Blessings from French Polynesia!

    It is such a joy and a privilege to be able to co-labor with you as Vision of the Harvest enters into one of the most amazing, impactive and fruitful seasons of ministry.  You have been aware of what the Lord has been doing through this ministry over the last few years and months but now the heart of God to see the transformation of an entire nation has come upon us and our team.  We are so thankful that we have had some wonderful supporters and intercessors for truly you are making history!

PRISONERS AWAKENED TO GODLINESS (a sign)
    What has been happening in the prison with Aline is clearly an act of God.  Throughout the day in the 4 buildings that house the inmates, praise and worship erupts spontaneously and is heard by everyone.  Prisoners themselves are turning to God and a sense of the fear of God and honoring God is gripping the inmates. There is a reformation taking place in their lives. I will send a letter that an inmate wrote to Aline and also other testimonies.  One thing we will be doing is sending more updates of the happenings of God so we do life together by seeing the love of God touch lives.

FRESH OUTPOURING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (another sign)

    We have been hosting meetings every weekend for about a month now where we have been experiencing a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. People have been having lifechanging encounters with God Himself through the renewing of the mind and the release of the Holy Spirit.  The testimonies coming forth from those attending are stirring others with a new expectancy, anticipation and faith for all that God is.  Destinies are being awakened in many and it has been thrilling. One man, a minister here for years and former assistant pastor, was caught up by God and experienced the glory of God and many things were revealed to him about the nation.  We have never seen anything like this and as he shared what God told him, it has been happening to him and the Spirit of God descends upon all of us genuinely and in purity and power.  We feel like we are in the book of Ezekiel as this man comes under a fresh visitation during the meetings.  Others have begun to minister in their giftings, all motivated by love and celebrating God in each other. 

TESTIMONIES OF THE TRANSFORMATION TAKING PLACE

    An 84 year old woman from France was healed of a major back problem and was like a little girl being able to move in ways she has not moved for years.  A musician who was prayed for about his right kidney, was in intense pain and on medication. He came back at a meeting the next day just exuberant, completely healed.  People told us how they had never seen him so touched by God.  People have been coming from many churches and even from the island of Moorea and we will be going to Moorea this Sunday to have a fellowship at our friends' home on the island and many are being invited to be loved and hear the gospel of the kingdom preached with signs, wonders and miracles.  One woman from Moorea came with her 9 year old son. He gave his life to the Lord and the next day we saw him worshipping Him freely and spontaneously. When we were praying for people who had experienced deep grief, this boy walked up to one woman and laid hands on her along with the others.  Another time he walked up to me with a smile and handed some money to one of our team members. We learn from the children don't we. So many other testimonies.

THE SCHOOL OF TRANSFORMATION (the seedlings of God)
    We also want to announce the birth of Vision of the Harvest School of Transformation ("Ecole de la Transformation de Polynésie" in French) which started 3 weeks ago.  Every Saturday afternoon for 3-4 hours we have this school with the outpouring of God, body ministry, teaching that brings us into encounters with God resulting in being transformed into the character of Jesus Christ along with the demonstration of the love of God in doing good and healing the oppressed. Each week more are joining the school and others are allowed to visit a few times as we want to create an awareness of what the Lord is doing.  

THE CENTER FOR TRANSFORMATION (a reformation beginning)
     Now for an amazing miracle that is being finalized today!  Vision of the Harvest is starting The Center for Transformation which will serve a number of different aspects of the heart of God.  As you know, we have been the gateway for ministries to come into this nation to bless this nation. They didn't have any other way to come into French Polynesia.  We love the entire body of Christ and want to serve the nation and be a blessing to any ministry in the country. To do this we have to rent facilities and the Upper Room in Papeete is not large enough for some of the things we want to do. We also want to be able to touch the capital city and we are about to sign a lease for a facility in Papeete to train and release teams to bring the kingdom of God to the city.

    This location is going to be strategic in many ways. We wanted a place:
- to host the school and have extended meetings with speakers that come in to host the presence of God and perpetuate what the Lord is doing in this visitation that is beginning;
- for the Renaissance of the Arts and Creativity, releasing the artistic expressions in dance, worship etc. in the believers' lives;
- where the youth can have a safe place to be loved and be raised up to be lovers of God, revolutionary reformers in every sphere of influence to affect the nation;
- where there can be prayer and worship daily until it becomes 24 hours a day right in the capital. 

There has been no place like that and the hotels only can hold 100 or so but we have found a soundproof facility on a 3rd floor of a brand new building right in the heart of the city!! We know it is a step of faith but faith works by love and love expresses itself through faith and we hear the cries of this nation and now is the time.  From Tahiti we yearn to go into all the islands and embrace them with His love.

    We invite you to allow God to permeate you with His passion and continue to come alongside as you have and stand with us in prayer and financial support to launch this season of Vision of the Harvest.  We believe that many of you will be quickened and see the opportunity to touch a nation through this ministry in a new way.  We need your prayer covering for our family, to have more finances in order to love in these new ways and for more of Him personally at this time of our lives.     This weekend we had Marama Night on Saturday night (Feb. 19th) at McDonalds in downtown Papeete and it was a blessing to see how God also touched people as we had prophetic/healing tables to have people ministered to more personally. An entire group of very young street dancers made up of unbelievers did also participate to the event and later received words of knowledge from some members of our team. It did move the hearts of these young fellows so deeply! God is really working BIG TIME in the islands and awakening the hearts of many to His unfailing love!!

Dear friends & partners,

Since January there has been a lot of hurricanes that have come and gone to French Polynesia. The strongest hit the nation on February 4th, 2010, and was called "OLI". A lot of homes were destroyed but we thank God that just very few people were injured. The hurricane season is over now but was it ushering a whirlwind of changes for us in French Polynesia? Could very well be folks!!

SPECIAL EVENTS
Below are some of the major events that have happened recently.

Marama Night
This youth event was held for the very first time in the district of Papeari (about 35 miles away from Papeete where it usually happens) on March 27th. It gathered so many people that the owner of the restaurant that authorized us to have it in her parking lot was herself blown away by the impact it had on the local youth and the clients. In fact, we took the opportunity of having a group from Bethel (Supernatural School of Ministry, Redding, California) to help us with reaching out to the people and praying over the lives of many who experienced healing and personal breakthroughs. I'm really impressed with the increasing quality of performance of the local music bands and dance groups that are taking part to this event.

Homeless Ministry
On Good Friday (April 2nd), we helped with the distribution of meals and clothing to the homeless population of Papeete and the surroundings (which has increased drastically with the economic crisis hitting us here too). We have now done that since 2008 and we bless God for the increasing participation of volunteers from different fellowships that have contributed to the success of that day. It was also an opportunity to share the Gospel of the Kingdom and challenge people to come to know Jesus with a demonstration of His healing and liberating power over sickness and torment. Over 200 meals were served this time. We thank the Lord for sister Frida who is the initiator and the coordinator of this ministry under the covering of Vision of the Harvest.

Healing Rooms
We continue with this special ministry on the first Saturday of each  month. It has blessed many people and we always witness healings. We covet your prayers to see even greater breakthroughs over certains diseases that are recurring in Polynesia such as diabetes, lung conditions (like asthma), cancers (breast, lungs, blood, etc.), and cardio-vascular problems (due to obesity and poor diet).

BENNY PRASAD IN TAHITI (March - April 2010)
Benny came back to Tahiti for the 2nd time on March 27th. He was actually on his way to Pitcairn and we had the privilege to have him share his God given talent with his amazing guitar which he designed himself. From an abused child with a totally low self esteem in India, Benny has come a long way to know the redeeming love of Christ that turned him into a son of the living God of Heaven and a witness of Jesus wherever he goes. This year, he will have fulfilled the mandate God gave him to go to every nation of the world by 2010. His passion for Jesus opened up borders and hearts to listen to a message of hope and salvation that few have had the privilege to carry even to the remotest places on earth (including Antarctica!!!).

His music is the door opener to many lives and we put it to work in Tahiti as he not only shared in two churches (on his way in and on his way out of the country) but also during an open air concert that we organized in downtown Papeete at the central town square where many people stroll around and go for dinner at the well known "roulottes" (restaurants on wheels) parked nearby. Aline was able to introduce him to the local prison for women. The inmates were not only touched to hear his testimony and his music but also felt so honored that such an artist would come to play for them. The prison director and some of the staff in attendance had only appreciative comments. Thank you Benny!

Former punk gang leader and heavy drugs addict in France, Patrick Fontaine was a total mess bent on destruction, violence and hatred. Jesus Christ took a hold of his life in 1983 and he became a pastor for 20 years. Patrick has been used powerfully in different denominational settings (Catholics, Protestants, Evangelicals, Pentecostals). God has performed many healings and miracles through his ministry. He is invited to many nations and all over France to share about the message God has given him for the last days that brings a very fresh understanding of the Kingdom of God and the major call to Reformation that is over the Body of Christ. He is married to Lydia and they have 3 children.

The visit of Patrick and his family (along with some of his friends) was the God given opportunity to have the following special gatherings that impacted many lives.

Hearts Ablaze: For Extreme Folks
We had and extreme worship experience at a hotel conference room on Sunday evening (April 4th) in Tahiti that was a highlight for youth and not so young folks who came to be part of an extravagant demonstration of passion for Jesus. Torea and Teresa Manjard led the worship time and released people into dancing and powerful declarations with a prophetic edge of the Holy Spirit. Patrick shared a message that moved us into the dimension of the major Reformation of our hearts to be able to embrace the coming move of His Spirit in His Church, the one He is building Himself apart from any tradition of men. Please pray for our next Hearts Ablaze event, its timing, and for an ever increasing impact over the people attending it.

Easter Gathering
Easter Monday (April 5th) was the opportunity for a large gathering of believers and friends to a conference center in Punaauia (a few miles away from Papeete). There we celebrated Easter with more emphasis from Patrick Fontaine on the worldwide Reformation that's coming upon the Body of Christ and a time of deep repentance, tearing our hearts before the Lord for the things that have caused us not to be as fruitful as He had planned for us all along. The youth was also able to share testimonies of what Jesus has begun to impact them with and how they have felt so challenged to become all that God has for them to be in this world.

Spiritual Retreat "The Gospel of the Kingdom"
From Friday April 9th to Sunday April 11th we experienced a very intense but liberating experience as we sat under the teaching of Patrick Fontaine. A great revelation was brought home to many believers with the very resounding verse of Genesis 28:17 by Jacob (son of Isaac): "How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of Heaven". It meant that we who believe in Jesus are that "awesome place", "the house of God" and "the gate of Heaven"!!! We have an open heaven over our lives and the angels of God are moved by our faith (not necessarily a huge one) as we take a stand to fulfil that which we have been called to be and do in His name, i.e. heal the sick, give sight to the blind, cast out demons, go to the lost, become the Good News, heal the broken hearted, etc. and thus become light to the world and salt of the earth...

Many people got healed and of course, the Church was challenged to really seek the Kingdom of God and become a place for people to be empowered and released into their calling.

A BIBLE CLASS FOR WOMEN : "Women of the World" (WOW)
We just started this month of April an ISOM (International School of Ministry) class for women. This class features women ministering the Word of God (Bobbie Houston, Cheryl Salem, Darlene Zschech, Gloria Copeland, Joyce Meyer, Lisa Bevere, Marilyn Hickey, etc.) to encourage, equip and mobilize the daughters of God in the world. Aline is the class coordinator and she enjoys leading every Saturday morning this group of women that have a real passion for the Lord and for His Kingdom to be manifested in their personal lives and around them.

This class will be a seedbed of glorious blessings, healings, and breakthroughs of all kinds that will ignite their passion for Jesus. It was stunning to be present to just one of their meetings and see the great potential there is there for God to show up and turn them into living torches of the Kingdom! More on this one later!! - protection and provision over our lives and our girls (Kori & Erika) who are studying overseas (France & USA);

- the planning of events coming up for the rest of the year;

- an increased impartation over our lives to fulfil God's will for us;

- the strategies that are needed to bring impact and transformation in the land;

- for God to bring those ministries that are strategically needed to bless our nation.
