What the Devil doesn’t want you to know about yourself

What the Devil doesn’t want you to know about yourself

(by D. R. Silva on Jan 18, 2011)

You are not powerless or helpless against anything. You have ALL power and ALL authority because Jesus gave it to you (Luke 10:19, Matt. 28:18).

This is what people need to be taught so they can live as constant victors, not constant victims.

I spent 6 years of my Christian life as a victim, thinking I was stuck in depression and sin and that I had to beg God to do everything and fight every battle for me, thus missing everything He already did and gave to me. I already have everything needed to win (2 Peter 1:3), to always live from victory, and not always be searching and begging God for it.

Jesus already won, I’m in Him, so I won, too. He said, “You WILL have trouble in this world.” (John 16:33) that’s a promise. Many Christians stop there and aren’t taught the rest of the statement. He went on to say, “Take heart! I have overcome the world!” Why should you be excited and happy because He has overcome the world? Because you are one spirit with Him (1 Corinthians 6:17)!

If He has overcome the world, so have you.

It’s not a future tense thing, He didn’t say, “Take heart, someday I will overcome the world!” He said He already has. If He has already overcome all the trouble in the world, so have I. The problem is we get sucked into thinking from a now perspective were we are still trying to win. I already won, I don’t beg God for victory, I use the power and authority that He gave me to enforce the victory I already have in Christ.

I always win, I never lose (2 Cor. 2:14). I’m not helpless, I’m full of power. I’m not a victim, I’m a victor. I don’t look for victory, I live from it. I don’t need to beg God to fight my battles, He gave me power and authority and told me to trample on the works of the devil (Luke 10:19). Should you feel ashamed and inferior for asking God for help? Not at all! You are growing and learning, as am I. He’s the guy who said, “Ask and you shall receive.” There is nothing wrong with asking, but the point is not to get stuck in this idea that He is up there and you are down here, and you constantly need him to come to your rescue. He lives in you.

He lives in me, He goes where I go. I’m not powerless against sickness, diseases, depression, stress, worry, or any of that other garbage. I am victorious every time. I always win, I never lose, even when I feel like I have. My nature is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22), those are the fruits of the Spirit who lives in me, who is also one Spirit with me.

Does any of this mean you will never face opposition or get into battles? No. Jesus promised you trouble. What I’m saying is that you will always win if you use what God gave you and stop believing the lie that you are lacking and need a better anointing or a stronger gift before you can receive what he has for you.

You have the greatest anointing, that is the Anointed One who lives in you and will never leave you (Gal. 4:6, 1 John 2:27, Matt 28:20). You have the greatest gift, that is the Holy Spirit who lives in you, in whom every gift resides.

You always win, you never lose (2 Corinthians 2:14).

REVIVALPOST from TAHITI (June-Aug. 2012)

"Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you" (Is. 60:1)

REVIVALPOST from TAHITI
Edualdo, Aline, Kori, Erika, Silvio & Benji Cicero
French Polynesia (South Pacific)
June-August 2012
 ----------------------------------------------------

Dear friends and partners,

From the beginning of 2012 we heard the word that this year was going to be a stretching year for our faith. The following quotes from a sermon that Bill Johnson preached in 2012 brings a lot of hope and actually stirs our faith for more of Him!!

"All growth is rewarded with pruning that insures fruitfulness for the next season"
PROCESS: Cross - Resurrection - Cross - Resurrection - Cross - Resurrection - Cross - Resurrection....
Weeping in the night ... Joy in the morning - it's the way it works folks!! It is actually accelerated NOW...

"Our Reference Point is the Cross!!!"
There has to be a place of brokenness. We cannot afford to forget -- we don't want vines with just leaves ... and no fruit!! Life is supposed to be the reward for loss...

For the joy set before Him, He endured the Cross.
Strength is perfected in weakness...
We might be one Cross away from victory!! ...
We don't want reward by striving or self promotion!!!

"When you embrace the Cross, you guarantee fruitfulness for the next season"!!!

Never has our life been processed so drastically ... We want to EMBRACE THE CROSS!!!

GIVING UP THE LEASE OF THE CENTER
Since the last week of June 2012, Aline and I felt very strongly we needed to give up the Transformation Center facility we have in downtown Papeete. We have a great sense of peace about this decision. We did try other options like opening the use of the facility to other groups that might have wanted to help relieve the financial burden and we also thought that with our daughter's plan to use the Center for her Zumba classes, it could have helped to cover the cost of rental (+ other costs such as utilities, rental charges, insurance,...). Unfortunately, even with Erika's potential sublease of the Center, it wouldn't have covered for the amount that we need to put out every month for the Center.

We also communicated
this financial challenge in the beginning of 2012 to local believers who know the Center and what was organized there since 2011. We wanted to make them aware of the needs and see how the challenge could be met locally. Apart from a handful of people that have kept up a monthly commitment for Vision of the Harvest's needs, we have not seen much consistency in the support that has been declining over weeks and months. However, we have lately been astounded with totally unexpected donations locally and from overseas that have allowed us to catch up significantly with late rents due for the Center. Also, on August 2nd, we organized  the sales of 270 baked chickens and raised close to $ 2,000 US dollars. Other support raising events are planned for September.

The response of the owner has been amazing!! He offered to help with the advertising on public newspapers and contacting real estate agencies so that the word gets out about the facility being now open for rental. However, we are bound to the current lease that mentions a 6-month notice until somebody takes over the facility. We are thus asking you to pray that it will be taken over ASAP and that we will be released from our current lease. We still have the Upper Room (much smaller) but still a good location we can use until we find another facility more affordable and suitable to our needs.

THE THURNERS' KAIROS TIME
We would like to take this opportunity to salute the amazing contribution of our ministry friends and coaches Earl & Jana Thurner who have made it possible for us to have extraordinary breakthroughs thanks to their initial committment (in Feb/March 2011) to rent the current facility of the Transformation Center along with the vision of the School of Transformation and the ensuing move of the Holy Spirit that we enjoyed up to this time. They have been giving sacrificially to see to it that the Center could be launched and covered for especially during the first year of its operation. They have also shared a much clearer vision of God's Reformation in the Body of Christ in order to facilitate revival which God wants for our nation. Earl & Jana are presently more involved in some nations of Latin America especially in Honduras where they have been invited to take part to a project (One Day One Nation) which aims to see the transformation of the entire nation (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGiarLEieCE&feature=share and http://vimeo.com/44062510). They do have a heart for French Polynesia and we will be working with them as to their future involvement into a wider scale impact over our nation.

WE MOVED TO ANOTHER HOUSE
Since April 2012 we now live in Papeete, the capital city. It has been a blessing in many ways:
- We have less driving needs;
- It is 10 mns walk from downtown, the beautiful Paofai Gardens Park, the banks, the post office, etc.;
- We can exercise easily by climbing the mountain accross from our house;
- The house is more comfortable: the kitchen is 3 times larger than the one we had, the veranda is huge (as big as the house itself) with more hosting potential and there is more natural light to the house
.
The move was necessary and we are happy we did it.

KIDS ARE ON THE GO...
Three out of 4 of our kids are or have been overseas for various reasons. I guess we infected them with that adventurous bug...
1. Kori just came back from Cambodia and has been staying in South-East Asia since November 2011 where she went around from the Philippines to Malaysia via Singapore and then on to Vietnam to end up in Cambodia. There she got a 6-month contract working for a French firm. She is scheduled to fly back to France (Toulouse) in September in order to complete her final year of Political Science studies.
2. Erika was in Hawaii where she completed a 6-8 weeks internship with Wet-n-Wild in Oahu as part of her requirement with her schooling in Tahiti with an "International Trade" major. She took advantage of this time there for more Zumba training. She is now back with many plans, ideas, dreams and much stamina to move on...
3. Silvio is now attending his 4th quarter at the "Los Angeles Music Academy" (LAMA) in Pasadena, California. He is really excited to perfect his musical talent and hopes to complete his "Guitar" major studies by the end of March 2013
.

Benji is still with us and will be attending his last year of vocational high school with a computer science focus.

THE WINDS OF CHANGE ARE BLOWING...
On Sunday, July 29th, 2012 during a church service in Papeete, I had a vision after I was just asking the Lord what He was doing in the spiritual realms so that I would get a better grasp of what we are going through here in Tahiti... and here is what I experienced. I went up in the spirit and saw powerful winds blowing so STRONGLY that I could see trees bending almost to the ground due to the pressure of the winds. There was a tremendous light in that scene and I asked the Lord what those winds were. I heard they were the "WINDS OF CHANGE" that are blowing over the nations that will be causing major changes and which will cause powerful waves/currents of God's Spirit to be moving into the nations to bring the transformation that is needed. I also received that those winds were aimed at frustrating the plans/plots of the nations (cf Ps. 2:1-6).

Then I heard two words, "BRACE YOURSELVES" because the power of those winds and waves is such that things will be quite hard or shaky in the natural and that we need to really focus our attention to Heaven so that we don't get carried away by discouragement, fear, or depression... Those winds are in fact not supposed to crush the believers but rather to allow them to prepare and strengthen the Body for the Great Harvest coming upon the earth. I believe that to some extent these winds are indeed already blowing ... Let's get ready!!!!

STATING OUR VISION

You will find it on our blog: www.visionoftheharvest.com (Page: "Our Vision")
ALINE - We may leave the Center but the vision is alive and well. As I was climbing up the mountain in front of our house praying and praising God, a thought came so strong and it was "The center is only a means, the vision has not lost a wrinkle". Oh my! I was so encouraged and when I came home I shared with Edualdo how God had talked to me so clear
ly.

THE POOLS OF TRANSFORMATION (by Edualdo Cicero)

The Pools of Transformation

Here is the vision I believe I received from the Lord on Friday, March 4th, 2011 during our night meeting at the Center of Transformation in Papeete (Tahiti).

It started with “nurse angels” that were placing all those who were willing to surrender their life to God over stretchers on wheels. Once the willing believers were laid down, a nurse angel would cut open their hearts and begin removing some stones or gravel from their hearts. Quite immediately after that the people on stretchers were thrown in a very joyful way over a sliding edge that quickly ran them into a huge pool where they were to marinate into God's presence. The angels were rejoicing over every person that was being thrown into the pool and there was some sense of real fun into that process.

It was clear that people were to enjoy and prolong the experience in order to make sure that what was in each pool (since there were different kinds and various degrees of intensity) would be penetrating their life and by the same token remove unwanted “chemistry” off of their bodies. The outcome of those blessed baths was transformation in the life of a surrendered believer whose longing was to have the nature of Christ becoming all the more real and expressed through his/her life. As a whole it seemed a very pleasurable experience that required continual exposure to a very special atmosphere of Heaven.

There were different pools representing different levels of soaking that the people were to experience in order to have an ever increasing exposure to His Presence and ensuing transformation. I'm not sure if I saw at least 3 levels but each time a believer was to flow from one pool to another, the temperature of the following pool was increasing and even steam was coming out of the last pool. The transformation was tangible and noticeable and bringing people from one degree of His Glory to a greater one.

At one point, I think I saw the face of the Father that was bragging over the people and I heard him say "Here is My bunch!!" In his countenance was tenderness and a tearful expression of joy over those whom He loves soooo passionately. It was as if His heart was moved to see the surrendered ones as He was anticipating so much over their lives…

The final outcome of this process was to bring every willing believer to such a degree of transformation that would cause a powerful radiance of His glory to be seen and experienced. Every believer is called to become a never-ending spring of life and create pools of transformation wherever they go.

NOW THAT THE US ELECTION IS OVER

Hello friends & partners,

We got this very interesting "True/False" test from other friends who forwarded it to us.  It would be nice if we all took it. Indeed, many of us "have been encouraged to be worried, afraid, concerned, prepared for disaster, and a whole host of other maladies". It is time to take stock now and (re)gain a biblical perspective on the situation at hand with the outcome we all know now about the US elections. Our love remains intact for all of you.
Edualdo & Aline.

IF THIS IS ALL TRUE, WE WIN!

True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, Jesus will still be King.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, our responsibilities as Christians will not have changed one iota.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, the greatest agent for social change in America will still be winning the hearts and minds of men and women through the gospel, not legislation.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, my primary citizenship will still be in this order –
                        (1) the Kingdom of God,
                        (2) America, not vice-versa.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, the tomb will still be empty.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, the cross, not the government, will still be our salvation.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, our children will still be more concerned with whether or not we spend time with them than with who is President.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, my neighbor will still be my neighbor, and loving him/her will still be the second greatest commandment.  (Do you know the first?)
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, the only way to see abortion ultimately overturned will still be winning men and women to a high view of life through the gospel of Christ.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, the only way to see gay marriage ultimately defeated will still be winning men and women to a biblical view of marriage through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, my retirement will still not match my treasure in Heaven.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, "Jesus Is Lord" will still be the greatest truth in the Universe.
True/False:  The day after the election, regardless of who wins, we will still know that God is in control.

We pray that we will remember who we are and who He is!!!

Peace and Joy in the Kingdom

Dear friends,

The following is a quote (portion of a newsletter written in Feb. 2008) from dear minister friends of ours who live in Redding, Jay & Lori Haines, talking about the vital issues of peace and joy in the Kingdom of God. I hope you'll enjoy this great thought. I'm sure it will bless many of you. Be blessed!
Edualdo Cicero

"There's a scripture that says The Kingdom of God is not meat or drink but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. God has been teaching us to be aware of a religious spirit that always wants to do works and tries to perform for man's expectations. We have the spirit of God in His righteousness. It's all about what Jesus has provided for us on the cross. Also, the Kingdom of God is peace. This is a peace that happens when our lives are lined up with God's will and purposes in our lives. It's in this peace that we have salvation, healing, blessings from God, and last but not least joy in the Holy Ghost. This Joy is a fruit of the Spirit but it's also a joy that comes from the power in the Spirit. The Bible says out of our innermost being will flow rivers of living water. Being a Christian should be a joyful thing. the Bible says to rejoice ever more and rejoice without ceasing. Our will should follow God's word. That's why the Psalmist said I will rejoice and I will bless the Lord and all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth. I encourage my friends and family to live in the power in the Kingdom of God, to live in His righteousness, to let His peace reign in our lives, and to live in the joyous spirit by God's power. I pray that God will release His Spirit and power into your life in a new and fresh way. Amen.
God bless you. Jay, Lori, and family."

Transition is the name of the game!

Oct. 5, 2007--RICK JOYNER:

"We Are In the First Stages of A Great Transition--Maybe the Greatest Yet"

"Transitions present the most risk, and therefore require the most faith."

Previously, we began to address the question of why it seems that every host of a great revival gets left in worse shape than before the revival. The answer to that question will give us many important answers that could bring a huge influx of life into the Church, as well as enable the Church to sustain a level of life and power that could make revivals obsolete and unnecessary. Why is this? Revival is only required when something has to be revived. If the Church was living and thriving the way it should be, it would not need to be revived, but would be continually increasing in life and power.

The Path of Life--Navigating through Transition

This is stated in Proverbs 4:18, "But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter until the full day." That is normal Christianity--walking in continually increasing light until we have the fullness of the light. Since it is obvious that no one is presently walking in the fullness of the light, and there is no credible person who is claiming to be, we obviously still have a long way to go. However, there are people and movements who are walking in ever increasing light and should still be on the right path.

Therefore, if this is not happening for us, we have missed a turn somewhere. We need to go back to where we missed it and get back on the right path. That's called "repentance."

It is one thing to get off of the path, but it is another to get stuck on it somewhere and stop moving. This happens to many. They may not be involved in sin or legalism, which are the ditches on either side of the path of life, but neither are they increasing in the light they are walking in. These have just stopped, and most of these have stopped because they ran into a transition that they couldn't or didn't want to make.

Navigating through a spiritual transition is one of the rarest and most difficult requirements for leadership. Transitions present the most risk, and therefore require the most faith. In every significant transition that I have experienced, it seemed that the whole work was being put at risk to go to the next level. Even though there is the promise of being able to bear much more fruit once the transition is made, almost all require that a time of severe pruning precede it. It is much easier to lead when people are gathering and everything is on the increase than it is through a pruning in which people are leaving. The purpose for the transition may seem obscure to all but the leaders.

As the Apostle Paul shared with the churches in the first century, "Through many tribulations we must enter the Kingdom of God" (see Acts 14:22). This is a principle that we could interpret, "Through many transitions we must enter the Kingdom of God." Transitions will be tribulations. That's why when the whole world makes the transition to the Kingdom, it will be the greatest of all tribulations. We all want to get to the Kingdom, but not many want to go through the door.

Even so, churches, movements, missions, even companies and nations begin to die when they get stuck at one stage of development--they stop growing and stop moving forward. The River of Life is just that--a river, not a lake or a pond. A river is flowing, moving, and going somewhere. That is why it is said that you can never step into the same river twice--it constantly changes. Like it or not, change is a basic evidence of healthy life. The path of life, which is also called the path of the righteous, is a path, and a path leads somewhere.

Prophetic Ministry and Leadership

Biblically, we see the great moves of God having the same problem we have in keeping the momentum going. One place this is highlighted is Ezra 4:24-5:2:

"Then work on the house of God in Jerusalem ceased, and it was stopped until the second year of the reign of Darius king of Persia. When the prophets, Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo, prophesied to the Jews who were in Judah and Jerusalem, in the name of the God of Israel, who was over them, then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel and Jeshua the son of Jozadak arose and began to rebuild the house of God which is in Jerusalem; and the prophets of God were with them supporting them."

In Ezra, in the prophecies of Haggai and Zechariah, the remnant who had returned to rebuild the temple laid the foundation and then became distracted, with each building their own houses, and forgetting the house of God. This is a good prophetic picture of where the Church is today. Many arose with a heart to see radical, Biblical Christianity and New Testament Church life restored. A foundation for this was laid, but then the workers became distracted and went off to build their own "houses" or ministries.

It is rare to find a ministry today that is not just built around an individual's purpose or vision that has a true Kingdom purpose and vision. In Ezra, this distraction continued until the prophets started prophesying. This is one of the main reasons why the Lord has raised up the prophetic ministry in our time--to get the work on His restored house completed and to see the Church come forth in all of the glory she is called to walk in.

In the last two decades, the prophetic ministry has been received in an increasing part of the Body of Christ. There has been movement again toward the Church's ultimate purpose where it has been received. This ministry is especially given to get the Church moving, and to keep it moving, which we see highlighted in Ezra 6:14:

"And the elders of the Jews were successful in building through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they finished building according to the command of the God of Israel and the decree of Cyrus, Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia."

First, the elders were successful in building through the prophesying of the prophets. The prophets did not create the building--the elders did. Some prophets can be good builders, but not many. In general, prophets will do well to let the elders do that part and let the prophets stick to their part. The elders would also do well not to try to get the prophets too involved in the practical work of building. They may want to do it, but if it is not their calling, and with most of them it isn't, then they should not do it.

The point that we made before is that the work on the house of God ceased until the prophets started prophesying. The work on the house of God will not avoid the ruts, or be able to get out of them without the prophets. Certainly the prophets can be difficult, but the work will be much more difficult without them. The time may now be upon us when no work will enter into its full purpose without them. They are especially important for helping works through transitional stages.

The prophets are a part of the Body, and as the Apostle Paul explained, one part of the Body must not say to another part that they have no need of them. We will not get very far without them. If we reject the true prophets, we will likely become subject to those who are false. The reason we are told in Acts 2:17-18 that in "the last days," when the Lord pours out His Spirit, the result will be dreams, visions, and prophecy, because in the last days, we will not make it without this kind of specific guidance.

The third point we can derive from Ezra 6:14 is that the work was completed according to the God of Israel and the decrees of the civil authorities. It is a remarkable thing the way the Lord moved on the hearts of these kings to not only let their slaves go, but to bless and support them and donate to their work. This is another whole subject that we will only note for now, but anti-government and anti-authority mindsets have no place in the work of God, as Paul made clear in Romans 13.

For these last few weeks I have been trying to reinforce and elaborate a bit more on how to make a phase transition. This is one of the most critical aspects of leadership. The greatest leaders in history were those who led through the great transitions. I am also sharing this because I believe we are, overall, in the first stages of a great transition, maybe the greatest yet--the transition of an age. This will require extraordinary leadership, but the Lord will provide it. Even so, walking in the light and the increasing light of "the path of the righteous," means that we should be able to see our path with increasing clarity. That is what we will seek.

You Guys Need to Read This!

September 3, 2007

Kathie Walters:

"LIVING IN THE GLORY--GOD CALLED US FIRST TO ENJOY HIM"

"We need to live in what He has done, and not in what we are trying to do."

Recently, when I arrived on the East Coast for a weekend of ministry, I was met at the airport by some very excited ladies. "We are so glad you're here!" one of them exclaimed, "We really need a touch from God." My husband, David, and I hear this quite often.

It concerns me when people seek after a "touch from God," because God has something better for us--His provision is for us to live in His glory. I understand people's heart and desire for God, but if we learn to live in His glory, then we can become a source of the touch from God. We don't have to seek after one.

Changing Mindsets

Although God will bless His people, there are some things that He will not agree with--for example, our religious mindsets. The Holy Spirit cannot stay and dwell in these wrong concepts as they are contrary to the truth, because He is the Spirit of Truth. God has shown me three very important mindsets that we need to change.

The first mindset is one that most Christians can be guilty of. Either consciously or unconsciously, we are trying to change our old nature (old man) and improve ourselves. We fail to realize that Jesus never came to do that. Jesus crucified the old man so that by faith, we can walk in the new man who is already created in righteousness and holiness.

Because of this, the enemy tries to make people feel they are not qualified to live in the supernatural realm--but remember, Satan is a liar and a thief. Jesus qualified us 100 percent. It's never 90 percent God, 10 percent us--it's 100 percent Him. The supernatural realm of angels, Heavenly visitations and the chariots of God were meant to be a normal part of our lives. They are manifestations of the Glory of God.

As you behold the glory of the Lord "...we are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).

He is going to "...present you faultless before the presence of His glory...." (Jude 1:24).

We are His trophy and His workmanship. He is the One who does the work, while we do the yielding. We need to live in what He has done, and not in what we are trying to do. Don't pray for God to send His glory--He already has. We aren't changed from glory to glory by trying--we're changed by His Spirit.

The second thing that we are prone to is "false responsibility." We are responsible for what He gives us, and that is it! A heavy spirit makes people feel responsible for things and people they can do nothing about. We cannot change anyone, and we certainly can't make anyone do something.

Many revivals have been quenched by this religious spirit. A young revivalist was used mightily in the great Welsh revival. He was a vessel and the glory of God flowed through him. Then, after a year, he began to make himself responsible for how the people responded to the Spirit. If they did not respond the way he thought they should, he would leave the meeting or shut it down. This brought a spirit of heaviness into the land and onto the people because it was not his responsibility.

Our responsibility is to do what He tells us to do, say what He asks us to say, and go where He wants us to go. That is all God requires from us--and we get to keep our joy!

The third religious thing we fall into is carrying "false burdens." As intercessors, we need only to yield to the Spirit. When that anointing falls on us and we do some warfare, we have to remember that it isn't us, it's the anointing from Heaven. We may do some declaring, or we may laugh, weep or fall down on the floor and cry out, but no matter what, the burden will eventually lift because Jesus is the Ultimate Intercessor seated at the right hand of the Father.

Once, I belonged to an intercession group in Florida. We got into some battles where the burden was so heavy, it felt like a dark cloud weighing down on us. Finally, someone prayed for the group and cast out the false burden. We actually felt it lift. We laughed and took a break because there are times when you need a break to get back under the anointing.

God called us first to enjoy Him--after all, if we don't enjoy Him, why are we serving Him?

Your Mindsets DO Affect the Moves of the Spirit

That is why moves of the Spirit come and go. Why is there a powerful move of God in a certain church or ministry, but after a couple of years it dissipates? People wonder, are puzzled and may be hurt by it, but often it is a result of a spirit of abortion that causes the move of God to be terminated. Unfortunately, it affects the people who have been enjoying that move of the Holy Spirit and the presence of the Lord.

When my husband and I came into the things of the Spirit, we had layers of theology and head knowledge. We could dot every theological "i" and cross every doctrinal "t." We began to seek the Lord. We were hungry for God. Then we came into a powerful revival in the South of London. People were coming from everywhere and the presence of God was overwhelming. Our biggest stumbling block was not our worldly ways, but our theology and head knowledge.
We had to learn that when the Body came together and let God move, it really wasn't about who or what, it was all about Him. No one really cared what happened as long as the beautiful presence of Jesus was there.

People left the meetings and never made it to the bus stop. They would fall out under the anointing and lie in peoples' front yards, hang in trees or sprawl out in the bushes. When people called to get directions to the meeting, we would have to tell them, "You will find people lying in the street outside; don't take any notice, just step over them and come on in." The glory of God was on everyone--the banker, the trash man, the child, the aged.

Sometimes we just have to sit at the feet of Jesus, rest, and let Him shower us with His love. He is not asking us to run around 24/7 getting all worn out.

He is the lover and keeper of our soul. We are the apple of His eye, His beloved. We can rest and live in His glory because He has covered us with it. Remember, He called us for Himself--we are His treasures!

We picked it for you - Enjoy!

Hello dear ones,

We thought you might enjoy this article by Bill Yount on the Obsession for Fruit.

The Lord is about to bring the best new wine ever made out of our lives and ministries unto Him.

Love & Passion,

Edualdo & Aline Cicero

"July 26, 2007 -- Bill Yount:

"I Heard It Through the Grapevine--Joshua and Caleb were OBSESSED with Looking for FRUIT!"

Numbers 13:20 "And be ye of good courage and bring of the fruit of the land. Now the time was the time of the first ripe grapes."

It's interesting that the spies were sent in to spy out the Promised Land when the first grapes of the season were ripe. I sense the Lord wanted all twelve spies to focus on the fruit of that land and not the giants. I am sure Joshua and Caleb kept hearing how big the giants and walled up cities were from those ten spies while they were taking their tour. I believe Joshua and Caleb got to thinking, "If the giants are really that big, can you imagine how big that fruit must be?" Joshua and Caleb were obsessed, looking for the fruit of the land of promise. What we look for is what we will find. They came back with a cluster of grapes so big, it took two men to carry one cluster on a pole out of the valley of Eschol.

GOD CALLED THE LAND THAT WAS FULL OF HEATHEN GIANTS AND UNGODLY CITIES, WALLED UP TO HEAVEN "A GOOD LAND THAT FLOWS WITH MILK AND HONEY!"

Psalm 27:13 "I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living."

If we are ever going to enter our Promised Land we must see the good in our nation, our government officials, our cities and the good in every person we meet! We may have to use Scripture (Romans 4:17) to see the good, and call those things that are not as though they already were!

Romans 2:4 "It's the goodness of the Lord that leads men to repentance."

Did you know that God chooses to see the good in you, and not the evil? Ask the father of the prodigal son what he saw when his son came wandering up the road to home, and said, even when he was still in the pigpen of sin, "That's my son!" Be careful of what comes out of your mouth when you see heathens rage and sin in people's lives increasing. It was what came out of the mouth of the ten spies that kept all of Israel from entering into their inheritance!

It's the same for us today. If our mouths can keep us out of our inheritance, then our mouths can take us in! Let's look for the good and speak of what is good in the land of the living!

THE "CLUSTER" OF GRAPES WAS THE KEY TO GETTING BACK INTO THE PROMISED LAND

I noticed that Joshua and Caleb still stuck it out with that unbelieving bunch of "sour" grapes that eventually dried up in the wilderness and became raisins. God separated Joshua and Caleb from them, later in His timing, and they finally got to enter into their inheritance. But they hung in there, for they knew the key to get back into the Promised Land was to stay together and let the process prepare them for what was ahead.

Isaiah 65:8 "... as the new wine is found in the cluster, destroy it not; for a blessing is in it."

God has a corporate vision right now for His Kingdom in the earth, so we must be in a cluster of believers, and we must connect with churches, tribes, tongues, and nations--for God is too big for just our ministry, church, or home group. I sense that what God has in mind is beyond us. This new wine cannot be made from just one grape--one ministry, one church, or one vision. Without connecting to the cluster, your life and ministry is bound to dry up.

I SAW THE HANDS OF GOD COMING UPON THIS CLUSTER OF GRAPES OF THE NATIONS... HIS HANDS ARE ABOUT TO BLESS US BEYOND MEASURE

I saw some pressure coming upon this huge cluster of grapes where you and I were placed by the hand of God. We first thought the pressure was coming from the enemy or other grapes in this cluster, but I clearly saw the hands of God begin to squeeze this cluster to make the best new wine that He was saving for this last, end-time, harvest revival.

You can always tell when God is about to make new wine from the cluster where you are placed... some grapes will begin to "wine."

IT'S TIME WE SAY TO THE GRAPE NEXT TO US... GOD IS SMARTER THAN YOU AND I!

As His hands continued to put pressure on us in this cluster, some grapes began to cry out, "Oh, God, I can't handle this bunch You put me with. Please get me out of here!" The Lord responded, "I will, My way, just hang in there!" As more pressure was put on this cluster, some grapes began to cry out. "Lord, I am not being appreciated here. These grapes around me seem to be hindering my gifting, calling, and dream You have given me. I seem to be losing my identity." The Lord says, "You are right on schedule. You have been too thin-skinned, and your brokenness is a must for what I am about to do. If you lose your life, you will find it in Me!" Most of the grapes in this cluster had no idea what God was really up to. More than our dreams, plans, and ministries, God seems to be after something more than we could understand. I think it is time we say to the grape next to us, "God is smarter than you and I!"

"THE ANOINTING FOR THE HARVEST OF THE NATIONS IS IN THE 'CLUSTER' OF GRAPES!"

As the hand of God kept squeezing this cluster, many grapes were broken to pieces. The juice of the grapes dripped down from the cluster into the earth, becoming the new wine for the great harvest of the nations.
